We’re growing and looking for a true sales hunter — someone who thrives on opening new accounts, building relationships, and closing deals. While this is a hunter role,
qualified leads will be provided
, giving you momentum from day one.

This is a full-time, commission-only role with top-of-industry payouts and full back-office support
, so you can focus on selling — not admin.

• Prospect and open new client accounts (with qualified leads provided
  )
• Sell design-forward, high-quality promotional merchandise
• Partner with brands on thoughtful merch programs (events, gifting, launches, onboarding)
• Build long-term, trusted client relationships

• Highest commission structure in the promotional products industry
• Qualified leads provided to help accelerate pipeline growth
• Full back-office support (order management, sourcing, production, logistics)
• No admin or order processing — we handle execution
• Access to top-tier suppliers and trend-forward merch curation
• Remote role with flexible schedule
• Support from a collaborative, woman-owned agency that values creativity

• Have experience selling promotional merchandise or strong B2B sales experience
• A proven hunter who enjoys prospecting and closing
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based role
• Facilis experience is a plus, not required
