Position: Dishwasher General Utility

Responsibilities: Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. Assist in food preparation procedures. Set up, operate, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher. Keep the food line stocked with clean plates. Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.

Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the kitchen as needed.
