As a Mechanical Engineer at MMT, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and testing everything from custom machines to robotics. You’ll collaborate with a talented design team, bring your ideas to life using CAD software, and see your work go from concept to production.

• Design precision products like machine tools, controls, and robotics
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to develop sketches, layouts, and models
• Create detailed 3D CAD drawings (Autodesk Inventor required; Solid Works is a plus)
• Select materials and components for manufacturing
• Build and test prototypes — and iterate based on performance data
• Monitor production and develop control systems for ongoing improvement
• Share your knowledge through cross‑training and team collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in design and engineering
• Strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor required)
• Familiarity with GD&T and machine‑tool design
• Top‑notch analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• A curious mind and a passion for designing solutions that work
