The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children across different age groups and contributing to a well-structured, play-based early learning program.

Our center focuses on consistency, positive guidance, and hands-on learning to support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.

• Support daily classroom activities in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment
• Implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum
• Guide children through daily routines, transitions, and learning centers
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with families and team membersli>
• Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred
• Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
• Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
