Overview
Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Pricing Coordinator!
- Maintain and update pricing models, tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency across system
- Assist in maintaining pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Support the pricing team in preparing reports, presentations, and pricing analyses
- Coordinate pricing updates across systems and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address pricing inquiries and ensure alignment.
- Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies for new products and services
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal guidelines
- Monitor and manage department mailboxes with high‑volume, time‑sensitive pricing requests, prioritize and respond promptly
- Log and track all incoming requests accurately in designated log/systems, manage and update task lists and logs for tracking and analysis
- Monitor progress and escalate issues when deadlines are at risk
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Perform general office support functions and assist with special projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—polite, professional, and assertive when necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CPQ (configure, price, quote) systems request‑tracking systems preferred
- Experience in business development, sales support, or a similar coordination role preferred
- Must be detail oriented with have excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Proactive and resourceful problem‑solver
- Adaptable to changing priorities and fast‑paced environments
- Must be open to working extended hours at month end, quarter end, and as needed (time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid overtime)
- Associate’s Degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1‑2+ years of experience in pricing, bid development, finance, sales or marketing
