This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Management Specialist based in Ramsey, NJ. The Order Management Specialist will oversee daily order processing, manage order fulfillment, monitor inventory, and ensure all customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal departments to resolve any issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Order Management and Order Processing experience, with strong organizational abilities
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for managing order discrepancies and improving processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in using order management or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Previous experience in supply chain, retail, or customer service roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
