Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Admin Ops Specialist!
Provide timely and accurate order processing, aftermarket billing, and customer support for locally processed sales and service transactions. Also serve as local administrative interface for centrally processed (Windsor) transactions. Ensure sales and service transactions are processed within the parameters of Company operating policies.
Responsibilities- Focus on special projects and operational support across Billing, Service, and Collections.
- Working with external customers and internal partners to collect and validate purchase orders.
- Coordinating and validating meter reads to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Assisting with customer setup on eMeter, including validation of required data and follow‑through to completion.
- Partnering with Service Managers and Dealers to ensure customers are properly enrolled and maintained in iCare, reducing billing delays and service escalations.
- Proactively identifying setup or data gaps that could impact invoicing.
- Following up on incomplete or missing information.
- Supporting smoother handoffs between teams to reduce cycle time and rework.
- Performing detailed research on billing discrepancies before or during collection efforts.
- Reviewing invoice data to ensure accuracy before accounts are escalated.
- Assisting with corrections and documentation needed to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Helping reduce aged receivables caused by preventable billing issues.
- High School diploma or higher educational degree required.
- Related industry experience preferred.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high stress environment.
- Experience with SAP or demonstrated experience to learn SAP or similar systems.
