Northern One Hour Heating, Northern Ben Franklin & Northern Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated residential heating, cooling, plumbing & electrical business servicing the Twin Cities Metro area since 1990. We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Coordinator to help schedule and set up plumbing sales, service, and installation calls. As our Sales Lead Coordinator, you
09ll be the key link between our customers and our sales team. You
09ll manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
• Communicate with field staff on availability
• Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments
• Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams
• Track leads and update CRM system
• Maintain excellent customer communication
• Set up sold jobs from start to finish
• Pull permits
• Create Pos for Vendor purchases
• Assist in financing options

• Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
