• Pay:
  Starting Step/Lane pay range of $18.00 to $36.40 depending upon qualifications. (See full wage schedule attached.)

PACT (Pursuing Academics and Character Together) is a K‑12 public and tuition‑free charter school located in Ramsey, MN. The community school serves approximately 1,490 K‑12 students and focuses on character building, lifelong learning, and academic excellence.

PACT charter school has an opening for the 2025‑2026 school year for an Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional to assist teachers with individual student needs served by special education within the general education setting.

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing instructional activities for students with special needs.
• Support daily classroom operations and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Implement individualized education plans and collaborate with staff to address student progress.
• Attend professional development and team meetings as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  College credit toward a higher degree preferred.
• Two years of higher education or an Associate’s degree, or a completed Paraprofessional Exam.
• Experience with elementary classroom settings and special education is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
