• Prior customer service
• Dispatch experience or willing to be trained
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
• Must be positive and energetic
• Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
• Must have strong desire to grow and learn

• Answer and re-directing incoming calls
• Take new loss information
• Prioritize new losses
• Schedule service crew appointments as needed
• Appointment follow-up
• Perform basic office duties
• Assist with receiving visitors in the facility

Compensation: $18/Hour + Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
