Biweekly pay $19.00 – $21.00 per hour + annual bonus opportunity up to $3,600.00

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm CT or until completion of daily duties. Mandatory overtime as needed. We stay until the job is done for the day.

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist (Warehouse Associate) for our Raleigh, NC location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse with growth potential. The ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.

• Store products in appropriate bin locations
• Pull product accurately according to customer orders
• Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Inbound and outbound distribution duties including: loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, wrapping, banding/strapping, order fulfillment (picking), packing, material handling (sit-down propane forklift), put-aways (stocking), receiving verification, processing returns, sweeping, trash removal, general housekeeping, and other duties as assigned

• 2+ years performing the listed duties
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to lift 70 lbs unassisted
• Successful completion of a 14-panel drug screen and criminal background check
• Sit-down propane forklift experience; most duties are performed on-foot; forklift is a tool, not the primary function
• Willingness to pivot to other duties as needed
• Desire to join a long-term organization
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work overtime and variable shifts/hours
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Follow all items in the Operations Manual and job description
