Tri-Jay Tire Distributors Inc., DBA K&M Tire / Southeastern Wholesale Tire, is a family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We operate 5 wholesale distribution warehouses:
Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC.

This is a local route delivery driver position for our Southeastern Wholesale Tire location in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an energetic person to work as a local delivery driver/warehouse team member.

• Deliver orders to customers in the Raleigh metro area, including unloading tires and obtaining customer signatures on paperwork.
• Assist with loading returns when required.
• Operate as needed with a pickup truck or a box truck; CDL is not required for our box trucks.
• Assist in warehouse duties: unloading, storing, and picking tires for customer orders.
• Perform physical labor (lifting 25–75 lbs). When in the warehouse, use of forklift or picker may be necessary.
• Provide customer service as a core function of the role.

• Experience in route driving (preferred: 1 year).
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Language:
  English (preferred).
• Clean MVR required to operate company vehicles; background checks will be conducted on new hires. Disclosure of any findings on a background check is requested.
• Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC 27610 or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Day shift, Monday – Friday
• Salary: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour, relative to position experience
