As a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services, you will take on an active role that involves going up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents  doors at your assigned apartment community. After collecting the trash, transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

To excel as a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) with Community Concierge Services, several key skills and tools are essential. A smartphone with a data plan is necessary for effective communication and navigation. Physical fitness is important, as you will need the ability to carry up to 50 lbs at a time without assistance, ensuring efficient collection from residents  doors.
