Volleyball Instructor

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sports coaching and an understanding of education-based athletics, with experience working with students of various ages. This role involves developing athletes' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork, integrity, and fair play.

• Develop and implement practice plans tailored to the needs of participants.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
• Monitor athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding athlete progress and program updates. Including weekly updates.

• Previous experience in coaching or teaching physical education is preferred.
• Knowledge of various sports.
• Experience working with students in a recreational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with athletes, parents.
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while fostering a positive team culture.
• A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and well-being among participants.
