Job Description:

HEAD TRAINER

We are seeking an energetic, motivating, and experienced Head Trainer to lead our F45 Downtown Raleigh coaching team. This role involves coaching classes, managing personal trainers, and delivering the F45 Experience to our community. The Head Trainer will work closely with the Studio Manager to welcome and retain members.

Requirements:

• Nationally accredited fitness certification
• CPR/AED certification
• At least one year of personal/group fitness training experience
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Strong public speaking skills
• Preferred:
  Head Trainer or studio management experience
• Sales and marketing experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily studio operations
• Train and oversee part-time personal trainers, including scheduling and staff relations
• Coach a minimum of 15 classes weekly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Maintain a fun, energetic, organized, and clean studio environment
• Build strong relationships with members and foster community
• Generate leads and collaborate with the Studio Manager to grow the community
• Ensure members perform exercises safely and correctly while staying motivated and challenged
• Demonstrate exercises with modifications as needed
