OverviewSaint Mary’s School is seeking certified Lifeguards for the Summer @ Saint Mary’s program. This is a temporary position beginning June 15 and lasting approximately six weeks. Lifeguards are not required to work every week, and multiple positions are available. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities- Supervise swimming activities.
- Enforce pool rules and safety procedures.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid, CPR, and AED as needed.
- Monitor pool conditions.
- Assist with basic pool maintenance and record keeping.
- Follow all school policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, positive environment for camp participants under the supervision of the Auxiliary Services Coordinator.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and hold a current lifeguard certification with First Aid, CPR, and AED for Professional Rescuers. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention, physical readiness, and the ability to work effectively with children and staff.
