• Minimum 5 + years of real‑time hands‑on experience in Java and enterprise system design.
• Strong technical proficiency in the above environment.
• Confidence and technical strength to complete coding and architecture design tests.
• W2 employment only; C2C / 1099 / third‑party companies not accepted.

• Lead the design and implementation of Java‑based application architectures.
• Shape modern application architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development staff.
• Review and improve code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
