Position: Creative Resourcing Specialist [208019]

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team onsite 3 days a week This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic allocation and management of our creative and engineering talents across various projects. You will ensure optimal utilization of resources, coordinate with project managers, and proactively identify staffing needs to keep projects moving efficiently.

This position is integral to our delivery process, requiring a keen understanding of both creative workflows and basic software engineering principles to effectively assign work and maintain project momentum.

This role is crucial in supporting our project teams and ensuring seamless execution of client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

* Lead weekly resource meetings to review project forecasts and align talents to upcoming projects.

* Proactively assign creative (graphic designers, copywriters, content specialists) and engineering (software engineers, web developers) talents to projects based on project scope and talent skills.

* Monitor and manage talent utilization rates, actively working to keep talents off the bench.

* Identify external resource needs and coordinate with parent companies or recruiters to secure necessary talents.

* Collaborate closely with project managers to understand project requirements and resolve resource conflicts.

* Utilize forecasting tools to anticipate future resource demands and plan accordingly.

* Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of talents in and out of projects.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or a similar role.

* Demonstrated experience coordinating resources for both creative and marketing teams AND engineering/software development teams.

* Familiarity with agile methodology and project forecasting tools.

* Basic working knowledge of software engineering processes to effectively assign work.

* Proven ability to manage talent utilization rates and proactively allocate resources.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

* Ability to work on-site three days a week.
