Experience: At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.

Array Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team! We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving meaningful problems with technology — especially when the solution doesn’t look like a traditional app. This role is for builders who think in systems, challenge assumptions, and use modern tools to turn intent into outcomes. You’ll own critical parts of the platform, shape architecture, and influence product direction.

• Build and operate distributed systems with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and security
• Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from design through production
• Design and run production systems at scale while exercising strong technical judgment across architecture, data, and cloud infrastructure
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Collaborate closely with product and design partners while transforming ambiguous requirements into scalable, stable engineering solutions

• Experience designing and running production systems at scale
• Strong technical judgment across architecture, data, and cloud infrastructure
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with AI-driven or automation-heavy systems
• Familiarity with event-driven, messaging, or conversational interfaces
• Evidence of curiosity: open source, side projects, or experimentation
