** Role Overview:
** We are seeking a Lead, Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, mission-critical applications supporting defense and aerospace programs. This role involves working across the full stack technologies in highly regulated environments, collaborating closely with systems engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams.

* What You Will Do:

*** Work with product managers, technical leadership, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to support the team as we bring advanced data capabilities to RTX.
* Design, Develop, maintain, and support business systems applications, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
* Lead a team of software development and quality assurance engineers with various levels of expertise
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
* Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
* 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, C# and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular or other JS frameworks)
* Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java

Experience with database technologies (e.g.,Oracle, SQL, No

SQL).
* Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
