V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Java Developer for our premier client in Raleigh, North Carolina.

• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer. V8 preferred: 3 Years.
• Social enterprise management experience: 3 Years.
• Experience as a Cúram Developer with full life cycle: 3 Years.
• Experience in development with both the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules: 3 Years.
• Problem identification and integration of technical skills to address issues: 3 Years.
• Translating and communicating highly technical concepts to technical personnel and non-IT business users: 3 Years.
• Creating technical documents using MS Office: 3 Years.
• Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, CERT: 3 Years.
• Technical knowledge:
  Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL: 3 Years.
• Technology stack:
  Eclipse, HTML, CSS, WSDL, SOAP: 3 Years.
• Experience in AWS Cloud Development, Python, SOAP and REST Web Services desired.
• Build relationships with customers and exhibit a sense of urgency.
• Organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures.

• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• Experience with state government IT Functions.

• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA: 3 years.
• Experience with Curam Child Care Module.
• Experience with Curam Web Services.
• Experience in AWS or other Cloud Development.
• Experience in Python programming.
• Nice to have:
  JavaScript and IBM Web Sphere.

• Functional and detailed requirement development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, and life cycle management for implementation.
• Business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cúram.
• Use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, CERT, Oracle, XML technologies in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and Web Sphere.
• Deliver development and act as point of contact on site for development questions and issues.
• Work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues.
