Overview

Responsibilities
  • Source and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics, including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals and entry-level caregiver positions.
  • Collaborate with front-line leaders to build teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates.
  • Provide an engaging candidate experience and stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends.
  • This position works hybrid out of the Raleigh offices with weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $57,000 to $62,000 for this full-time exempt position
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or DSP recruiting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
