Hydraulic Crane Mechanic

Job Title: Hydraulic Crane Mechanic •
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour •

Condustrial is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Crane Mechanic to join our team. This position focuses on the maintenance and repair of mobile truck cranes and heavy-duty trucks. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with heavy equipment and thrives in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment. • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all makes of mobile cranes and heavy-duty trucks
• Diagnose, adjust, modify, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, air brake, and suspension systems
• Safely operate heavy lifting equipment and specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently
• Read and interpret parts manuals, operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Utilize diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repair
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and evolving industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hydraulic Crane Mechanic
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic
• Strong background in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Basic set of mechanic’s hand tools required
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery in varying temperatures and humidity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn new computer, electronic, and hydraulic systems

• Experience with Link-Belt, Terex, and Liebherr cranes
• Experience with Sterling and Peterbilt trucks
