Pay: $36 - $40 Per Hour

Lead Diesel Mechanic – Join a Team That Values You! As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for maintenance and repair of medium and heavy-duty trucks, providing expert service where our customers need it most.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, drive trains, and other components.
• Perform service and scheduled fleet maintenance.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers and the team.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and compliance standards.

• Experienced Diesel Mechanics with a strong mechanical background.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of diesel equipment and diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards and safety regulations.
