• Provide first‑line on‑site support for ATM locations.
• Diagnose problems using error logs and the service app on a company‑provided Android phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Follow safety and security procedures during all service activities.
• Maintain accurate and prompt reporting of work performed, including call closure details.
• Keep parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. work authorization and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation for travel to client sites.
• Proficiency with an Android cell phone (company‑provided).
• Ability to lift and move tools and parts up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to learn new skills quickly.
• Coverage of minimum required insurance:
  Bodily Injury Liability $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident;
  Property Damage Liability $100,000 per accident.

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Experience with NCR or similar ATM equipment.

Hourly Rate: $14.00
Additional Activity Compensation: $6.00 per service activity completed.
