WhatYou’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, brakes, etc.)
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow proven repair processes
- Perform high‑quality repairs efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and support fellow techs
- Take ownership of your bay, your work, and your results
- You may also have the opportunity to help mentor apprentices

- Senior‑level tech with strong diagnostic skills (3+ years preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them; we pay for both test prep and cert. tests!)
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- Calm under pressure, coachable, and team‑focused

Pay:
We offer competitive compensation based on your experience, skills, and certifications. Your efficiency and ability to maximize productivity directly influence your earning potential. Pay is reviewed often to ensure an accurate representation of salary range for this role. $80k‑$150k+ (Top Techs can earn more; pay incentive for ASEs or we can help you get them!)
