Ace Handyman Services is seeking a high-skill Craftsman who takes pride in doing the job the right way—clean, professional, and customer-ready. This role is ideal for someone who can walk into a home, diagnose the issue, communicate a plan clearly, and deliver a finished product that looks great and lasts. Our goal is to deliver a memorable experience for our customers—not just a completed task.

• Drywall repair (patching, blending, tape/mud, clean finish work)
• Interior painting (walls, trim, touch-ups, cut‑in work, clean lines)
• Carpentry & trim work (baseboards, casing, minor framing, repairs)
• Door installs and repairs (slabs, pre‑hungs, hardware, adjustments)
• Punch lists (realtor requests, make‑ready work, home sale prep)
• General repairs (troubleshooting, problem‑solving, small installs)

Primarily small‑to‑medium repair projects, with occasional light renovation work.

• $22–$35/hour total pay (includes bonuses)

• 3+ years of professional experience (handyman, residential construction, maintenance, or remodeling)
• Strong in at least 3 core skills: drywall, painting, carpentry, doors, punch work
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (if not assigned a company vehicle)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders safely
• Comfortable using a smartphone for job notes/photos and communication
