What You Will Do:

• Respond to water damage assignments
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform emergency extraction and demolition
• Set drying equipment and track all equipment in the APR systems
• Document all actions taken on job site thoroughly
• Work a rotating on-call schedule

What You Need:

• Knowledge of interior construction
• Honesty and a keen work ethic
• A sense of urgency to get things done
• Ability to safely deal with heights and/or confined spaces
• 1 year of relevant mitigation experience preferred, including demolition
• WRT/ASD IICRC Certification preferred
• Experience working with insurance programs and TPAs, preferred
• Willingness to grow, develop, and succeed in a team environment
