We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Installation Warranty Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform inspections, troubleshoot newly installed systems, and complete warranty repairs to ensure systems are operating as expected and customers are completely satisfied with their experience. This is a critical role that bridges installation quality and long-term customer trust.

• Perform post-installation inspections and quality checks on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues covered under warranty, including equipment and workmanship-related problems
• Accurately diagnose system performance issues related to airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical components, and controls
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining findings and next steps
• Document service details and warranty work in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborate with install teams, service managers, and customer service reps to resolve customer concerns
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and company safety standards

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or attics

• NATE certification or other HVAC credentials
• Familiarity with HVAC warranty processes and documentation
• Experience working with high-efficiency equipment and zoning systems
