Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair/mechanical servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This position must be able to effectively and accurately complete repairs to the customer’s satisfaction with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Post high school HVAC/R program
  • 5+ Years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy object 50lbs frequently, climb ladders, stand, bend and kneel for extensive durations
  • Drug Test and Background Check Required
Job Duties:
  • Services products and equipment on assigned projects and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Performs repairs, overhauls and startups on commercial HVAC Systems.
  • Prepares for onsite installations and repairs by detailing layouts, coordinating work, gathering materials, and anticipating difficulties.
  • Attends and assists with monthly Safety Meetings, Division meetings, and others as needed.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards and procedures, complying with legal & OSHA regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging HVAC practices and standards.
  • Participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
