Responsibilities
  • Follow the directions of the installer to ensure proper installation and timely remodel.
  • Provide customer service directly to the homeowner and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify house or bathroom specs to determine where to start, review the scope of work, and follow the installation checklist to ensure guidelines and processes are followed.
  • Clean up the job site and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly for safety and per guidelines.
  • Work on install certification while being coached by the main Installer.
  • Learn to stage the job completely and load the van for the next day or morning to prevent interruptions due to missing items.
What we're looking for / Qualifications
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Valid drivers’ license.
  • Willingness to learn and retain production methods and Company policies.
  • Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Good customer relations and skills.
  • Solid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position and work extended hours.
  • Ability to motivate others and be a team player.
  • Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the US.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay.
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more.
  • Must maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time.
  • Must work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude.
