Position: Utility Pipe Foreman
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $75,000 - $95,000/year + $2500 Sign On Bonus
Experience: At least 5 years of experience supervising underground utility construction on heavy civil projects.
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 1st shift.
Greene Resources is seeking a Utility Pipe Foreman to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Lead and supervise crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and materials for daily and weekly operations.
- Enforce OSHA, trench safety, and confined space requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and utility companies.
- Monitor productivity, track materials, and control project costs.
- Resolve conflicts with existing utilities or site conditions.
- Mentor foremen, operators, and laborers to strengthen team performance.
- Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods and trenching practices.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
