Moore County NC Landscape Design is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape/ Hardscape Crew Lead to manage day‑to‑day operations on landscape and hardscape construction projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of skilled laborers and equipment operators on landscape/hardscape construction projects.
  • Manage job site activities including hardscape installation, plantings, drainage systems, carpentry, lighting, and grading.
  • Operate compact equipment (skid steers, mini‑excavators, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret site plans, layout maps, and blueprints for project execution.
  • Set the pace for high‑performance production and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, project managers, and clients when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew hours, project milestones, and material usage.
  • Oversee job site cleanliness, equipment care, and tool accountability.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members in technical skills and professional conduct.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a consistent, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read and execute landscape architectural plans.
  • Skilled in operating skid steers, mini‑excavators, and other construction equipment.
  • Honest, dependable, and responsible with company tools, vehicles, and resources.
  • Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license required.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
  • Active cell phone with text and camera capabilities required.

Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday
  • Full‑Time
