As an Electrical Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Dawson’s in the field, providing exceptional service in our customer’s homes. This isn’t just a technical role, it’s service. You’ll help grow our business by offering solutions, explaining pricing clearly, and building trust with every customer you meet.

• Installing and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, controls, and lighting in residential properties.
• Performing routine electrical inspections and maintenance.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems quickly and accurately.
• Following electrical codes and safety standards for every job.
• Working independently on service calls and collaborating with the team on larger projects.
• Communicating with clients and providing smart solutions to solve problems.

• Competitive Pay: $50,000 to $120,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses—your hard work is rewarded with uncapped potential!

• High school diploma (technical school or college a plus)
• 3-5 years of electrician experience (residential experience preferred; light commercial experience a plus)
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software is a plus
