We're looking for Experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our Raleigh team and help homeowners solve electrical problems safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Install electrical components and systems according to code and company standards
• Explain repair or upgrade options clearly to help customers make informed decisions
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining trust and integrity
• Complete all work thoroughly, document service using company‑provided tools, and maintain professionalism in every home
• Follow safety guidelines and company processes to ensure a high‑quality customer experience

• Consistently satisfied customers and positive feedback
• High‑quality work with minimal callbacks or rework
• Meeting service and performance goals through honest, customer‑focused recommendations
• Working independently while following company processes and standards
• Representing Michael and Son Services professionally and responsibly in every interaction

• 3+ years of experience in residential electrical service (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
• Experience meeting service or performance goals in a residential setting
• Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
• Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities

• Up to $100,000 earning potential through quality service and recommendations
