Commercial HVAC – Experienced Service Technician

Job Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5 pm or 5:30 pm. In addition, on-call schedule rotation.
Requirements- 3+ years of Commercial HVAC Service
- EPA Universal certification
- Advanced Customer Service and communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Proven ability to manage/lead others
- Valid driver’s license and insurable
