Electrical Foreman

Directly supervise, manage, and coordinate activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers.

• Lead by example
• Implement quality control measures
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and specifications
• Prepare safety and hazard analysis reports
• Interpret project schedules and forecast manpower needs
• Read specifications and blueprints for construction planning
• Maintain basic computer skills and track time sheets on tablets
• Manage materials and supplies
• Supervise and coordinate work activities of team members
• Coordinate with management and partners to resolve issues
• Mark site locations and placements using measuring tools
• Analyze and solve production problems and improve methods
• Train workers in methods, safety, and policies
• Perform electrician duties as required

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Electrician licensure or 4-10 years related experience

• Use of PPE required
• Work outdoors and indoors, exposed to elements
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and background checks
