Security Guard - Armed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government corrections setting;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or public responders as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, housing areas as assigned, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats;
Control access at designated posts by verifying identification and authorization, screening for prohibited items per location policy, and maintaining logs of entries, exits, and key movements;
Complete required documentation such as shift activity reports and incident reports, and coordinate with on-site personnel to support order, movement control, and adherence to established procedures
