Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout your shift, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter and facility grounds.

+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activities.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management as required.

+ Support a secure working environment by observing and reporting maintenance or potential hazard issues within the facility.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
