• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site‑specific policies in a government facility setting.
• Respond calmly, problem‑solving to incidents and critical situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Inspect security equipment and report deficiencies or maintenance needs.

• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Potential consideration of criminal history consistent with law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participation in security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions (only).
