• Develop and nurture referral partnerships to build a personal book of business.
• Leverage house leads provided initially to establish a strong foundation for success.
• Sell standard personal lines insurance products, with the opportunity to expand into high-net-worth accounts over time.
• Seek out and secure larger accounts with multiple lines of coverage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in personal lines insurance is preferred but not required.

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Quote and bind new business policies.
• Work towards transitioning from house leads to independently sourced accounts.
• Learn and develop expertise in high-net-worth insurance products.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
