- Lead the implementation of a patient‑centric model involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Centers of Excellence (COEs), academic institutions, and health systems
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers advocating for Rare Disease patients
- Execute strategic business and account plans based on local market conditions and brand objectives
- Navigate complex hospital settings to engage with targeted healthcare providers and stakeholders
- BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
- Proven sales performance with quantifiable accomplishments and awards in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech markets
- Experience with salesforce automation platforms and other business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and market access fundamentals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Master’s degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR PhD AND 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in rare diseases and prior experience calling on key accounts and academic institutions
- Previous start‑up or market development experience
- Endocrine experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to identify and hire exceptional sales teams
