Insurance Sales Representative responsibilities are:
• Following strategies to educate and sell insurance
• Building sincere rapport with customers
• Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them
• Being fully aware of the company’s services and policies
* Follow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practices
Representative requirements are:
* MUST be able to pass a background check
* MUST have a valid drivers license and own form of reliable transportation
* MUST be coachable and ready to learn
* Minimum of one year customer service skills
• High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance/Business (recommended not required)
