• Make a measurable impact on agency growth and client relationships.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team across business development and operations.
• Build strong connections with professionals in real estate, mortgage, and legal sectors.

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, attorneys, lenders, builders, and other key market players.
• Participate in networking events and professional organizations to elevate brand visibility.
• Support operations through collaboration with the Agency Manager on marketing results and initiatives.
• Regularly report on market developments and submit monthly activity updates.
• Assist in budget preparation and implementation of financial controls.
• Identify and communicate potential industry risks and ensure compliance with ITIC’s risk management protocols.

• Proven sales and marketing background with a successful record in relationship management.
• Industry experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
