Role Summary
The Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) – Raleigh leads sales efforts for Evolus within an assigned territory, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers. This field-based role focuses on promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives. The position requires delivering product insights, strategic pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through strategies, promotions, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly (expense reports, sales tracking, documentation)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
- This is a field-based position in Raleigh and the surrounding area; must reside in territory
- Up to 50–75% travel for visits, territory coverage, meetings, and events

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time - Preferred: 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related healthcare verticals

Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term relationships - Preferred:
Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and comfort with clinical education and multi-stakeholder engagement - Senior AEM Requirements (external candidates):
Above AEM criteria plus minimum of 3 years of field experience selling injectables in aesthetics; proven sales growth and customer relationship development; deep knowledge of facial aesthetics and competitive dynamics; strong strategic/negotiation skills; leadership within a territory - Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to build/grow a territory and manage long-term relationships
