Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join our Service Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling subscription-based training packages, one-time services, and professional services projects to both existing customers and new prospects.
You will identify, scope, cross-sell, and close Professional Services opportunities to achieve your annual revenue targets, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, business objectives, and digital transformation initiatives
- Generate, manage, and close Professional Services opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales metrics
- Collaborate with Software Sales Account Managers, Functional Consultants, Project Managers and leadership on account strategy
- Create and present proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that articulate compelling service value propositions to executive audiences
- Structure and negotiate multi-year service agreements, navigating procurement processes while balancing client and business needs
- Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities through execution and close
- Coordinate and schedule service engagements with Professional Services resources
- Manage timelines across sales opportunities and service engagements efficiently
- Drive long-term customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization across all business units
- 2+ years of software or services sales experience preferred
- Experience selling software, subscription-based offerings, or professional services (e.g., training, implementation, assessments)
- Fundamental understanding of enterprise software platforms (ERP, EAM, CMMS), such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Proven ability to understand complex customer challenges and position services as strategic, outcome-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and an excellent communicator
- High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
