Reach out to customers to generate new service leads and promote seasonal maintenance specials. - Expert Consulting:
Educate clients on our technical capabilities and the long-term benefits of certified vehicle care. - Manage the Pipeline:
Schedule service appointments and perform follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience. - Data Integrity:
Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM/DMS systems. - Collaborate:
