- Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Execute full sales cycles—from lead generation and discovery to closing—while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals.
- Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports,and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles,including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) toolsto track and manage prospect and client activity
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High responsiveness with client-centered commitment andfocus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Industry experience in property management
- Knowledge of accounting principles

$81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target
