Under the direction of your Studio Manager, the Experience Ambassador (Sales Associate) plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive client experience and supporting the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive interactions, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and memorable environment.

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Anticipate and understand customer needs to provide proactive assistance
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively guide customers
• Stay informed about promotions, offerings, and changes in products/services
• Drive KPI metrics and achieve studio goals

• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant departments for solutions
• Interact with clients during image presentation, assist in ordering, and address questions
• Collaborate with photographers and team members to ensure a seamless transition from session to presentation and ordering
• Communicate the CADY brand identity consistently throughout the session, presentation, and interactions
• Handle issues during presentation or ordering and work toward satisfactory resolutions

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a satisfactory background check
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Professional demeanor in person, on calls, and in emails
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Team player mentality with willingness to collaborate
• Flexible with working in a fast-paced environment

• Extended periods of viewing computer screens
• Able to walk/move inside or outside for extended durations
• Noise and other stimuli typical of a busy retail environment
• Able to move up to 20 lbs
• Able to communicate verbally with team members and customers
