Greene Resources is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our dynamic and growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch their career, grow into an Account Executive role, and build meaningful connections along the way.

• Conduct a high volume of selling of company services.
• Strategically allocate time toward activities that best support set sales goals.
• Conduct effective discovery meetings to uncover client pain points.
• Present, pitch, and propose services as solutions to identified needs.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM or similar platforms.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value.
• Forecast potential closed deals and revenue opportunities.
• Educate clients, prospects, and users about services with accurate, relevant information.

• Ability to take feedback from managers and peers as a learning opportunity.
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to build relationships while managing multiple detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent follow‑through skills and time management.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong phone sales skills with a sense of urgency.
